Sales Manager

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships. This role requires a self-starter with strong negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a strategic mindset to grow business opportunities. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Independently manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to drive successful sales outcomes. • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system. • Collaborate with internal teams like marketing, product, and operations for seamless execution. • Stay updated with market trends, competition, and industry best practices. ⸻ Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). • 2–5 years of direct sales experience in [Industry – e.g., Insurance, Real Estate, SaaS, etc.]. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets as an individual contributor. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. ⸻ Preferred Attributes: • Self-motivated and target-oriented • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to handle rejection and keep going • Customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills Show more Show less
