Job Title: Sales Manager – Café & Play zone (Café Amour) Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Hospitality / Food & Beverage  About Us: At Cafe Amour, we’re more than just a café — we’re a one-of-a-kind destination for parents and kids to relax, play, and indulge. Our playzone Tickle Wickle and café combo is designed to offer delightful food, engaging experiences, and safe, fun playtime for kids. We’re looking for an energetic and people-focused Floor Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales growth by promoting party packages, group bookings, and play zone memberships. Build and manage customer relationships with parents, schools, and local communities. Handle inquiries, walk-ins, and bookings for birthday parties, private events, and school tie-ups. Identify and close corporate partnerships and B2B collaborations (schools, kids’ brands, etc.). Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and sales funnels. Oversee end-to-end sales operations, including CRM management, follow-ups, and conversion tracking. Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure smooth on-ground experience during events. Conduct weekly reports on sales KPIs, lead conversions, and customer feedback. What We’re Looking For:2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or hospitality/event sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. A people person with an eye for customer experience and retention. Prior experience with kids-centric businesses, cafés, restaurants, or play zones is a plus.
