Key Responsibilities: Assist in defining product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization Own product modules or workflows and drive them from concept to launch Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, sales, and operations—to deliver value-driven features Develop a deep understanding of our B2B buyers and sellers, identify pain points, and craft scalable solutions Translate business needs into clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, and product KPIs using analytics tools Collaborate with marketing and sales for impactful product launches Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B, marketplace, or SaaS environments Solid understanding of B2B buyer/seller behavior and digital commerce platforms Demonstrated success in launching and scaling technology products Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude Familiarity with Agile development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
