Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Home Loans, located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating leads, providing excellent customer service, assessing client needs, and recommending appropriate loan products. Daily tasks include managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves preparing loan documentation, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
• Knowledge of Home Loans, Loan Documentation, and Regulatory Compliance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
