Sales Manager - Home Loans

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the home loan segment.
• Manage the end-to-end loan processing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to enhance their performance and achieve individual and team goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  of experience in sales, specifically in home loans or mortgage products.
• Strong understanding of loan processing, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
