Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Commercial Fit-Out

Location: Bengaluru, India
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in Commercial Fit-Out / Interior Industry

Job Purpose:

To drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting fit-out solutions to commercial clients. The role requires a proactive sales professional with proven industry knowledge and strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial fit-out and interior sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with design, project, and estimation teams to ensure proposals align with client requirements.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts in line with company policies.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years’ proven sales experience in the commercial fit-out/interior industry.
  • Strong network of clients and contacts within the Bengaluru fit-out market (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and nearby regions for client meetings.
