On this journey, we are looking for a talented, passionate, and experienced Sales Manager to join our excellent team at Surat.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, agents, and business partners
• Handle client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions
• Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful presentations and proposals
• Coordinate with inventory and dispatch departments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market needs, and competitor activities
• Identify and pursue potential clients and market opportunities
• Generate periodic reports on sales performance, trends, and client feedback
• Assist in training the sales team with necessary skills and product knowledge
• Assist the Sales Head in the recruitment of Shop-in-Shop (SIS) counter staff
• Provide valuable inputs for sales forecasting based on market and client insights

Requirements

• MBA in Sales and Marketing
• Proven experience in sales and business development in the fashion industry
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office tools for data analysis and reporting
• Willingness to travel extensively
