Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets for personal loans, business loans, DSA, open market, lap loans, mortgage loans, loan against property (LAP), and unsecured loans. Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales performance and improve customer satisfaction. Conduct regular training sessions for the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills development. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in personal loans, business loans, DSA, open market lending products such as LAP & Mortgage Loans. Strong understanding of secured loans including Blended Products like Unsecured Loans. Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
