Job Description

We're Hiring for Multiple Locations: Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Trichy, Hubli, Cochin, Surat, Kolkata

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for managing retail general insurance business through POSP agents in assigned markets, provide service support, ensure market penetration of insurance products offered by the company and liaising with local insurance companies.

Job Requirement

Qualification & Experience: Graduate with a minimum of 0-3 yrs experience in general insurance. BQP certification is must (prior or after joining). LIII/AIII/FIII qualification preferred.Functional Competencies:1)Hands-on experience in managing POSP agents of General Insurance companies2)Understanding of general insurance businessBehavioral Competencies:1)Good organizational skills: ability to prioritize, follow up and multi-task2)Strong communication & interpersonal skills3)Partner management Networking skills

Key Responsibiliti

Ø Identify prospect & onboard POSP agents preferably from Tier 2,3,4 markets.Ø Activation of onboarded POSP agents’ month by month.Ø Accountable for revenue generation for the company.Ø Effective coordination with insurance companies and POSP agents.Ø Reporting of MIS daily to reporting manager.Ø Training Support for POSP agents.Ø Ensure that POSP grievances are addressed and resolved.Ø Identifying potential products and POSP who can add additional revenue to the company.Ensure 100% portal utilization
