Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Kochi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients (especially architects and interior designers), and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. The Sales Manager will also participate in sales presentations, oversee the preparation of sales reports, and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Proven experience in sales and developing sales strategies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus Experience in the furnishings or interior design industry is an advantage Show more Show less
