Sales Manager Global Degree Business | MSM Unify

About the Role

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads for online international degree programs through multiple channels
Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demos to prospective students and institutions
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to enrolment
Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets
Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts
Develop and execute channel sales strategies
Train and support channel partners on products and processes
Monitor and improve partner performance
Negotiate partnership agreements and commission structures
Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; Master’s preferred
2–5 years of experience in sales (at least 1 year in EdTech or International Education)
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Experience in channel partner management is an advantage
Strong understanding of international education and student mobility trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; multilingual abilities a plus
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
