Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise software sales, particularly in the LMS and AI domains, and will be adept at building high-performing teams, forging strategic partnerships, and meeting ambitious revenue targets. Requirements Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. Identify and penetrate new markets while expanding the footprint in existing ones. Build and nurture relationships with key enterprise clients, channel partners, and stakeholders. Understand client needs and position our LMS and AI solutions as essential tools for their success. Utilize analytics to monitor performance, forecast sales, and inform strategic decisions. Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and client onboarding to ensure a seamless customer experience Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand credibility. Qualifications A proven track record of at least 5 years in enterprise software sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally in SaaS -based LMS or AI solutions is highly preferred. Strong understanding of the Insurance Sector, e-learning and AI trends, market demands, and competitive landscape. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in developing and managing sales pipelines. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Preferred Skills MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Global sales experience with a strong network in the e-learning and AI domains. Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and Insurance. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
