Gurugram, Haryana, India Job Type Full Time About the Role Were looking for a Generative AI Engineer to design and optimize AI system interactions. Youll craft effective prompts for various projects while ensuring optimal performance and user experience. You ll work on building a multimodal framework. Requirements Responsibilities: Design, write, and optimize text-based prompts for AI models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, etc.) to ensure optimal model responses. Work on refining prompt structures to achieve more accurate and context-aware outputs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand AI use cases and develop prompts tailored to specific needs. Test and analyze AI model outputs, identifying areas for improvement. Continuously experiment with different prompt variations to enhance model performance. Participate in training sessions and workshops to deepen knowledge of AI model behavior and prompt engineering techniques. Document prompt strategies, findings, and improvements for future reference and sharing with the team. Requirements: Familiarity with at least one major LLM platform. Understanding of AI model fine-tuning and optimization techniques. Strong interest in AI and machine learning technologies. Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and how AI models work. Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt engineering projects Proficiency in performance analysis and debugging Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
