Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Future Leaders' Group. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. This role is based in Lucknow with the possibility of some remote work.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Strategic Planning and Sales Strategy Development
  • Negotiation and Persuasion skills
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Experience in the finance, banking, or insurance sectors
