Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: Communicate with B2B clients to understand their product needs, formulations, packaging preferences, and delivery timelines. Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (R&D, design, production, QC, dispatch). Help clients choose suitable packaging options, labeling designs, and ensure compliance with branding guidelines. Ensure timely execution of white label orders from formulation to final dispatch. Educate new clients about the private label process, MOQ, timelines, and brand possibilities. Collect client feedback and coordinate for reorders, complaints, or improvements. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Cosmetics, FMCG, or Ayurvedic industry Strong understanding of cosmetic products & trends.
