Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive with prior experience in the Cosmetics, FMCG, or Ayurvedic industry. The candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with retail and distribution channels across Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in assigned states Promote and sell the company’s cosmetic products to meet monthly sales targets Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new customers Identify and onboard new channel partners and outlets Provide regular feedback from the market and competitors Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and client servicing Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager Travel across multiple states as per the company’s requirements Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in Cosmetics / FMCG / Ayurvedic products Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat, Rajasthan, MP, and Maharashtra Strong negotiation and communication skills Knowledge of regional market trends and buying behavior Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented Must be comfortable working independently in the field Compensation & Benefits: Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 (Based on experience and performance) Additional Perks: Travel Allowance (TA) Accommodation for outstation work Opportunity for career growth in a fast-expanding cosmetic brand Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume.
