Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the Digital Marketing industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in selling digital services, managing client relationships, and building a high-performing sales team. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and deep market understanding.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in digital marketing services.

Build, train, and manage a strong sales team from the ground up.

Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining long-term relationships with existing ones.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.

Lead the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to create effective proposals and pitches.

Analyze sales performance and present periodic reports to management.

Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and competitive landscape.


Requirements:

3–5 years of proven experience in sales within the Digital Marketing industry.

Strong knowledge of digital services such as SEO, SEM, SMM, performance marketing, branding, and website solutions.

Demonstrated ability to build and lead a sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed targets.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management processes.

Strong network and ability to build strategic partnerships.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.

Experience in handling large clients and high-ticket digital marketing projects.

Ability to create custom strategies based on client requirements.
