Job Description

About the Role:We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Jewellery Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B and B2C sales, both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the jewellery industry, with a strong understanding of international markets, client handling, and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans for B2B and B2C markets. Identify and onboard new domestic and international clients and business partners. Handle key accounts and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis. Coordinate with the design, production, and logistics teams for order fulfillment. Represent the brand in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings globally. Handle negotiations, contracts, and client communication professionally. Work closely with management to align sales strategy with business goals. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery sales (B2B & B2C, preferably international). MBA or Graduate degree from a recognized institution (must). Strong command of English – spoken and written (mandatory). Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email communication). Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills. Ability to travel internationally if required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
