Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities


Customer Engagement

  • Oversee and monitor all incoming leads (inbound, outbound, referral, and digital).
  • Ensure Relationship Managers are effectively engaging and converting customers.
  • Step in personally for high-ticket customers or escalated cases to drive closures.


Bank & Partner Coordination

  • Act as the

    primary liaison

    between Accrefin and partner banks/NBFCs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with bank credit managers and sales teams.
  • Negotiate competitive interest rates and terms on behalf of customers.
  • Resolve bottlenecks in documentation, approval, or disbursal processes.


Sales Leadership

  • Allocate leads across Relationship Managers and monitor progress.
  • Track disbursement pipelines and ensure no lead leakage.
  • Set and monitor sales KPIs (lead-to-disbursal conversion, TAT, disbursement value).
  • Provide ongoing guidance and training to junior staff (RMs & telecallers).


Performance & Reporting

  • Deliver on monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum

    2+ years of experience

    in loan sales / DSA / NBFC / bank loan products (home loan, personal loan, LAP, business loan, or corporate loan).
  • Proven track record of

    managing bank/NBFC relationships

    and achieving sales/disbursement targets.
  • Strong understanding of credit processes, KYC, and compliance in retail/corporate loans.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Leadership mindset with ability to

    manage a small team (RMs, telecallers)

    .
  • Bengaluru-based or willing to work from the

    Jayanagar office

    .
