Role Overview

Telecaller (Loan Sales)


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound loan inquiries.
  • Explain loan products (Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Business Loans) in simple terms.
  • Collect and verify preliminary customer details (income, eligibility, requirement).
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Relationship Managers.
  • Follow up on pending documentation and coordinate basic queries.
  • Maintain call logs, lead status, and update CRM regularly.
  • Support monthly disbursal targets by ensuring RMs receive only high-quality leads.


Requirements

  • Minimum

    2+ years of experience

    in telecalling within

    banking, DSAs, NBFCs, or financial services

    .
  • Prior exposure to

    loan products

    (home loan, LAP, personal loan, business loan).
  • Strong communication in

    English, Hindi, and Kannada

    (preferred for Bangalore market).
  • Ability to handle high-volume calling and follow-up rigorously.
  • Comfortable working in a

    target + incentive structure

    .
  • Basic computer/CRM handling skills.
