Job Description

Accrefin is a marketplace with partners across all major banks and NBFCs in India. We connect customers with the most suitable loan solutions through our strong partner network. We’re seeking a driven Business Development Executive to expand our reach, acquire new channel partners, and strengthen our offline loan sales network.

Key Responsibilities – Offline & Field Sales

  • Identify and approach potential channel partners (DSAs, real estate agents, financial consultants, and other referral sources) to partner with Accrefin.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to generate a consistent flow of loan customers.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients and partners to present Accrefin’s loan products, eligibility criteria, and benefits.
  • Actively participate in field visits, networking events, and local market activities to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Generate leads through offline networks, community connections, and referral channels.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and partners through in-person visits to ensure smooth onboarding and loan closure.
  • Collaborate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for loan processing, documentation, and partner support.
  • Achieve monthly targets for partner acquisition, lead generation, and loan disbursements.
  • Provide timely market feedback and activity reports to the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and company policies during field operations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years in field sales/business development, preferably in Banking, Financial Services, or DSA channel management.
  • Strong understanding of loan products (Home Loan, Business Loan, Personal Loan, etc.).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
  • Good local market knowledge in Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Existing network of DSAs or financial partners in Bengaluru/Karnataka.
  • Prior experience liaising with banks and NBFCs.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary: ₹2.5–4.5 LPA + attractive incentives based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
