Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jammu. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance. The role includes building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing regular sales reports. The Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company sales goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Sales Planning
• Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a sales team effectively
• Experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of ICU equipment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
