Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and grow aggregates sales in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.
  • Conduct daily cold calls to generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Focus on Project and Retail Sales, building relationships with dealers, builders, contractors, PMCs, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive lead generation efforts and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Finalize orders by delivering a high-quality sales experience to customers.
  • Identify, plan, and implement business development strategies to tap into new markets. Collaborate with the operations team for order processing and payment follow-ups.
  • Execute and monitor promotional activities in the region.
  • Ensure timely reporting and feedback to management on market trends, competition, and performance.
