Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Manager based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and identify new market opportunities. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, creating detailed sales reports, and staying updated on market trends. Collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in developing strategies and achieving targets
Client Relationship Management and Communication skills for maintaining long-term customer connections
Market Research and Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
Team Management and Leadership capabilities, with experience in guiding and motivating a sales team
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the sugar or FMCG industry is an added advantage
