• Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay Updated with market trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (preferably high-end or second homes)
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven with leadership ability
• Proficiency in client communication and CRM tools
• Strong understanding of buyer behavior in Delhi NCR, UP and Uttarakhand regions
