The primary goal is to enable business owners to concentrate on expanding their ventures. Collaborating with key industry players, CredRight strives to enhance funding opportunities for Small Businesses in India through innovative technology solutions. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to provide collateral-free working capital loans efficiently and seamlessly. As a Sales Manager based in Tenkasi, you will assume a full-time, on-site position. Your core responsibilities will revolve around spearheading the sales team, formulating effective sales strategies, spotting new prospects, and nurturing client relationships. On a day-to-day basis, you will be tasked with establishing sales targets, scrutinizing sales metrics, supervising sales activities, and working in tandem with various departments to enhance the overall sales workflow. To excel in this role, you should possess a track record of successful sales management and exemplary leadership qualities. Effective communication, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to forge meaningful interpersonal connections are crucial. Additionally, your proficiency in sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, coupled with robust analytical capabilities, will be instrumental.
