📍 Location: Vizag and Rajahmundry

 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Business Development & Target Achievement

 Own the P&L for the assigned cluster.

 Drive monthly disbursement, cross-sell, and revenue targets.

 Identify and implement growth opportunities at branch levels.

🔹 Team Management:

 Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Branch Managers and Sales Managers. 

 Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions and performance appraisals.

 Ensure strong morale and a performance-driven culture.

🔹 Operational Excellence

 Monitor day-to-day branch operations and process adherence

 Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Collections, and Compliance departments

 Implement SOPs and ensure 100% adherence across branches.

🔹 Market Intelligence & Customer Focus

 Understand regional customer preferences and competition

 Design local strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

 Manage high-value customers and critical escalations.

🔹 Reporting & Reviews:

 Maintain and present cluster-level business dashboards.

 Share weekly/monthly reports with management. 

 Conduct monthly branch audits and health checks.

✅ Key Qualifications:

 Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.

 Deep knowledge of financial products Secured LAP and Unsecured BL.

 Strong understanding of compliance, collections, and credit.

 Proven team management and target-achievement capabilities.
