Sales Manager - LAP(Indore)

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize LAP product sales in the Indore market
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient loan processing
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast future sales performance
• Resolve customer complaints and address escalated issues promptly
  

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the financial services or mortgage industry
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of LAP products, mortgage industry, and real estate market dynamics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel within the Indore region as required
