Job Description

Job Summary: We're looking for a sales Managers with 3-4 years of experience in the Construction chemical industry, specifically dealing with Waterproofing contractors, Construction sites, Dealers and Consultants. The Ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Identify and engage with potential customers, including waterproofing contractors and dealers, to promote our Product to construction chemical industry. - Candidate should be Willing to do Cold Calls and do daily meetings with new and regular customers - Travel Should be ready to Travel to different Cities and Abroad for Sales. - Should be looking for upcoming Expos / Exhibitions in Construction and construction chemicals industry and participate in them - Sales Growth: Meet and Exceed sales targets, building strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business. - Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our construction chemical products, including waterproofing solutions. - Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback and competitor information to inform product development and sales strategies.
