Job Summary:The Inbound Sales Coordinator is responsible for efficiently handling inbound sales calls, ensuring a seamless customer experience while directing inquiries to the appropriate salesperson. This role involves engaging with customers to understand their needs, managing call transfers, and maintaining accurate interactions. The Inbound Sales Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that all inbound inquiries are addressed promptly, followed up on by the correct team members, and that customers receive timely solutions. The position also includes tracking call activity, providing initial customer support when necessary, and collaborating with the sales team to monitor lead progress.Role & responsibilities:1.Promptly and professionally handle inbound sales calls, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and product information requests. 2.Engage with customers to understand their needs and direct their inquiry to the appropriate Salesperson . 3.Based on customer requirements, seamlessly transfer calls to the most suitable salesperson, ensuring a smooth handoff and excellent customer experience. 4.Accurately document all inbound calls, including the customer's inquiry, the assigned salesperson. 5.Ensure that all transferred calls are followed up by the appropriate salesperson and that customers receive timely responses and solutions. 6.Monitor and track inbound calls to guarantee that every call is answered and responded to by the sales team, escalating any issues as needed. 7.Provide initial support to customers when necessary, offering assistance with general inquiries, while ensuring they are connected to the right resources. 8.Communicate with the sales team to keep track of the status of leads, ensuring that all customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
