Sales Manager Construction

As a Sales Manager for Construction projects (Industrial, Commercial & Residential), your role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in various construction segments. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, developers, and real estate stakeholders is key to your success. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting proposals, bids, and quotations aligned with client needs and project budgets. Meeting and exceeding sales targets, coordinating with technical teams, tracking market trends, and representing the company at industry events are also part of your responsibilities. Maintaining accurate sales reports and client records is essential for effective territory management and client engagement. Your qualifications and skills should include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Having at least 3-5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, particularly in B2B or real estate projects, is preferred. A strong network within the real estate and construction ecosystem, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary. Being self-motivated, proficient in MS Office, and having CRM tools experience will be advantageous for this role. Preferred attributes for this role include knowledge of construction processes and terminology, familiarity with pricing, estimation, and project timelines.
