Sales & Marketing of Turnkey Environmental Control Projects Across Industries
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Business Manager to lead sales and project development for HVAC systems, Clean Rooms, and Cold Room solutions across diverse sectors such as Healthcare, Pharma, Food Processing, R&D, Industrial Manufacturing, and Logistics. The candidate will drive business growth through client engagement, solution selling, and coordination with internal teams for successful project delivery.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, food processing units, cold chain logistics, laboratories, and other industry segments.
  • Promote HVAC, Clean Room, and Cold Room turnkey solutions through client visits, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales strategy, pricing models, and territory expansion plans.
  • Prepare customized proposals, technical documentation, and project quotes aligned with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and project execution teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Keep track of market trends, competition, and new technologies in environmental control and precision cooling.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GMP, WHO, ISO, ASHRAE) during solution design and execution.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to management.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 0 8 years of experience in technical sales or project management for HVAC, Clean Rooms, or Cold Storage solutions.
  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; MBA in Marketing or Business Development preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle complex solution-based selling and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, insulation, filtration, temperature and humidity control technologies.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and meet clients across industrial clusters.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-first approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and basic AutoCAD or technical drawing interpretation.
Salary: Up to 2 lakh per month , depending on experience, skill set, and performance outcomes.
