Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Construction projects in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors, your role will require you to have a deep understanding of the construction industry and a proven track record of driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial, commercial, and apartment construction segments. - Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, developers, and real estate stakeholders. - Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and quotations tailored to client needs and project budgets. - Exceed sales targets by effectively managing your territory and engaging with clients. - Collaborate with technical and execution teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectations. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to design effective sales strategies. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. - Maintain accurate sales reports and client records. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field. - At least 3-5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, particularly in B2B or real estate projects. - Strong network in the real estate and construction ecosystem. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and under pressure. - Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is advantageous. Preferred Attributes: - Understanding of construction processes and terminology. - Familiarity with pricing, estimation, and project timelines. - Experience working with industrial clients or commercial developers is a plus.
