Job Description

Position: Sales Manager – Construction (Industrial, Commercial & Residential Projects)

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in selling construction services for industrial, commercial, and residential (apartment) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent client relationship skills, and a track record of driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and apartment construction segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, developers, and real estate stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and quotations in alignment with client needs and project budgets.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective territory management and client engagement.
  • Coordinate with the technical and execution teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and client records.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in B2B or real estate projects.
  • Strong network within the real estate and construction ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM tools experience is a plus.

Preferred Attributes

  • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
  • Familiarity with pricing, estimation, and project timelines.
  • Experience dealing with industrial clients or commercial developers will be an added advantage.
