Territory Sales Executive

About the Role:

At Benaka Healthcare, we design and deliver turnkey hospital projects and supply essential medical equipment. We are looking for a sales executive who is sincere, solution-oriented, and comfortable engaging with decision-makers in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach hospitals, clinics, and healthcare groups for equipment and turnkey project opportunities
• Build long-term, respectful relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams
• Present suitable solutions aligned with client requirements and project scope
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, planning, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery
• Handle quotations, proposals, and follow-ups with clarity and professionalism
• Track competitor activity and market trends
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions
• Support exhibitions, demos, and client presentations
• Meet assigned sales targets consistently and ethically

Requirements:

• Graduate in Science, Engineering, or Business
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Prior experience in healthcare or infrastructure sales preferred
• Willingness to travel as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
