Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicle Loan (3-8 Years Exp.)

We are looking for a Sales Manager – Commercial Vehicle Loans to lead our field sales operations in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in auto loans/vehicle finance, strong dealer and aggregator relationship management skills, and the ability to mentor and drive a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives across multiple geographies.
• Build and maintain strong dealer and aggregator networks to drive business growth.
• Drive lead generation, improve conversion rates, and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Design, implement, and monitor sales campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure seamless end-to-end lead closure.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in auto loan sales, vehicle finance, or related financial products.
• Proven track record of managing field sales teams and dealer networks.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and using CRM/data tracking tools.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
