Role Overview

Assistant Sales Manager / Manager – LAP

hunter + farmer role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs across Delhi/NCR
• Drive LAP file sourcing from your DSA network
• Provide regular training and handholding to partners to ensure productivity
• Maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless coordination between DSAs and internal credit/ops teams
• Meet monthly targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy
  

Who Should Apply?

• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in the LAP segment with a focus on the

  DSA channel

  in the

  Delhi/NCR market

  (mandatory)
• Proven track record in sourcing and closing secured loan deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset
