We're Hiring: Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager – LAP (Loan Against Property) Location: Delhi/NCR | Company: Capsafe Fintech Pvt Ltd Channel: DSA (Direct Selling Agent) Channel Are you a go-getter with a passion for building and nurturing relationships in the LAP (Loan Against Property) space? Do you have a strong network of DSAs in Delhi/NCR and experience in sourcing quality files? If yes, Capsafe Fintech is looking for you ! Role Overview We're looking for energetic and driven professionals for Assistant Sales Manager / Manager – LAP roles to join our growing team in Delhi/NCR . This is a hunter + farmer role — you'll not only onboard new DSAs but also nurture and grow existing partnerships to drive quality LAP sourcing. Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and activate new DSAs across Delhi/NCR Drive LAP file sourcing from your DSA network Provide regular training and handholding to partners to ensure productivity Maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless coordination between DSAs and internal credit/ops teams Meet monthly targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy Who Should Apply?
