Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing and leading the sales team, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategy development and implementation
• Strong skills in client relationship management and new business development
• Team leadership and management skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales reports
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the industrial automation sector is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
