Role Description

The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Their duties will include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining documentation, and assisting executives with administrative tasks. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to facilitate the smooth functioning of office activities. This is a full-time on-site position based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations effectively, including organizing documents and maintaining records
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and managing tasks for executives
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with office software and tools, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools
  • Prior experience in administrative roles and exposure to business operations are advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration or a related field
