As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency within the internal teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing administrative support by managing records, reports, and internal databases accurately. - Handling data entry, document preparation, and file management tasks efficiently. - Coordinating internal communications and ensuring follow-up on outstanding tasks. - Assisting in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes effectively. - Liaising with other departments to facilitate timely information flow. - Tracking and organizing backend processes such as inventory, orders, or service logs. - Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. - Performing general office duties as required to support daily operations. The qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Experience with internal admin tools or ERP systems is a plus.
