In the capacity of a General Admin, your responsibilities will include: - Supporting and assisting employees with administrative requirements to ensure uninterrupted office operations and address issues proactively. - Strengthening policies and processes related to facility management. For Travel management, you will be tasked with: - Managing domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, including visa processing, ticketing, travel insurance, and boarding arrangements in compliance with organizational guidelines. - Coordinating transportation and accommodation for the cast, crew, and guests to ensure smooth travel experiences. - Handling local transport arrangements for employees and guests in collaboration with the travel vendor. - Checking and approving travel reimbursements for employees on a monthly basis as per policy. In terms of Supplies & Merchandise, your duties will involve: - Procuring supplies and equipment as per the organization's requirements. - Maintaining stock of all Brut Merchandise. - Coordinating with vendors for the procurement of Brut Merchandise. Regarding Office Management, you will be responsible for: - Scouting for office locations in case of renewals or changes in the office location. In IT-related tasks, you will be involved in: - Managing a physical inventory of all laptops. - Configuring laptops for new joiners in coordination with the IT Paris Team and resetting laptops post-employee exit. - Issuing laptops to new employees and receiving handovers from exiting employees. - Coordinating with the Apple service center for laptop maintenance and servicing matters. - Procuring new laptops as needed.
