Sales Manager

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for team and ensure achievement.

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and showroom staff.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular evaluations and motivation initiatives.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and report team performance to management.

Client Management & Business Development

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, retail clients, and corporate buyers.
• Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Handle high-value negotiations and close large-scale deals.

Product & Market Knowledge

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of furniture materials, design trends, ergonomics, and production techniques.
• Provide product recommendations and technical specifications to clients as needed.

Showroom & Dealer Channel Oversight

• Oversee showroom operations, visual merchandising, and customer service quality.
• Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks in designated territories.

Sales Operations & Reporting

• Use CRM software to track leads, pipeline, and customer interactions.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and action plans to management.
• Coordinate with marketing team for promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
