Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key government or private departments, contractors, and decision-makers.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects and contracts.
Provide accurate forecasts and sales reports to senior management.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Stay updated on market trends, government procurement policies, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5-10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team-leading role.
Proven track record in managing and achieving sales targets, especially in government or institutional sectors.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
