Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales consultants, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be required to prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and collaborate with other departments to enhance our service offerings.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales management and team leadership
Strong understanding of market research and sales strategy development
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and remotely
