Position Overview:

Sales Manager

role is designed for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly

in the upskilling segment of the E-learning industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

3 years of team handling experience and the ability to drive revenue growth while managing a

high-performing sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training,

and mentoring a team of sales executives to achieve organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

goals and objectives. Provide ongoing support, training, and mentoring to ensure peak

performance.

Sales Strategy:

growth objectives. Identify opportunities in the upskilling segment of the E-learning

industry to expand market share.

Revenue Growth:

Performance Monitoring:

Collaboration:

to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Market Research:

to identify new sales opportunities.


Required Qualifications:

● Experience in B2C sales, particularly in the higher education sector.

● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems.
