high-performing sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, training,
and mentoring a team of sales executives to achieve organizational goals.

● Deep understanding of the upskilling segment in the E-learning landscape, including
customer needs and industry challenges.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven
decisions.
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Experience in B2C sales, particularly in the higher education sector.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems.
