Role Overview

Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities

1- Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Drive sponsorship and media sales across Tech Disruptor Media’s events and digital platforms.
  • Pitch content and brand solution offerings to new and existing clients.
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

2- Client Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of agreed services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

3- Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.

4- Go-To-Market Strategy:

  • Contribute actively to the GTM strategy for new launches and flagship properties.
  • Provide market intelligence and client feedback to refine offerings.

5- Travel & Client Meetings:

  • Travel across different regions in India to pitch services, close deals, and build relationships.

6- Operational Excellence:

  • Prepare effective sales presentations using MS PowerPoint.
  • Track and report sales performance and client deliverables using MS Excel.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and collections.


Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B media sales, sponsorship sales, and content-driven brand solutions.
  • Proven track record in event sponsorship and client relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel is a must.
  • Willingness to travel across India regularly for client meetings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in GTM strategy or product positioning is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in working with media houses, digital publications, or event management companies.
  • Understanding of the tech and enterprise ecosystem in India.
