Sales Manager

Sales managers play a crucial role in leading sales teams to achieve sales targets. As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes to drive sales. You will also be expected to represent the company effectively with a comprehensive knowledge of our offerings. Some key responsibilities include: - Researching consumer needs and identifying how our solutions address them - Hiring, training, motivating, and advising a team of sales representatives - Achieving company objectives through thorough planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts To qualify for this role, you should be: - Any Graduate with relevant 8+ years of experience - Knowledgeable about the features, benefits, and advantages of our products as well as those of our competitors - Familiar with financing options, able to generate quotations based on prevailing schemes, understand documentation requirements, and timelines - Aware of all value-added services associated with the product - Knowledgeable about significant events in the calendar year that impact sales - Proficient in product demonstration and objection handling - Possessing a 4-wheeler commercial vehicle driving license is preferred In addition to the above, as a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence in the market. You will also manage recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. This position is based in Uttar Pradesh (Agra & Firozabad) with a salary budget ranging from 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 lpa.
