Title CRM Service

As a Customer Relationship Manager - Service, your primary responsibility will be to monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems. You will ensure that the CRM system effectively manages the sales funnel and supports customer retention. Developing and implementing marketing techniques to attract new customers will be a key part of your role. You will be tasked with setting specific marketing strategies to retain customers, planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, and suggesting innovative methods to address customer needs. It will also be essential for you to track marketing metrics and trends, such as conversion rates and web analytics, to optimize performance. Additionally, you will assist in organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers and will be involved in reviewing and selecting CRM software that aligns with our company's requirements. Conducting market research to stay updated on trends and competition will also be part of your responsibilities.
