Key Responsibilities:

For Sales Executives (2–3 Years Experience):

• Generate leads through online/offline sources and follow up on potential clients.
• Assist walk-in customers and guide them through project offerings.
• Schedule and conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and provide suitable options.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.

For Sales Managers (3–5 Years Experience):

• Lead and mentor the sales team to meet targets and KPIs.
• Design and execute sales strategies to drive property sales.
• Coordinate with marketing and leadership teams for effective campaign alignment.
• Close high-value deals and handle premium clientele with professionalism.
• Prepare sales reports, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Take ownership of the complete sales cycle—from inquiry to closure.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in real estate sales or related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the local property market (Gurugram & NCR preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA preferred for Sales Manager role).
